Hello, I'm Sarah A. Bonito (she/her).
Aloha, Hola, Shalom, Bonjour, Halo, Hallo! I am a multi-sport adventure athlete with humble roots in family camping and cold-water swimming. I grew into team sports and solo competitions, tackling sprint- and endurance-distance races on land and water. My top ocean achievements include completing the 280-mile Everglades Challenge in 5.5 days (expedition sea kayak), scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, and swimming with Whale Sharks in Mexico. On land, I've mastered 12-hour adventure races and hiked six 14,000-foot peaks in Colorado in a single week. My career spans education, technology, and service industries, with a decade in corporate technology training and change management. I love helping clients and students reach new heights! My areas of expertise: (* = my current favorites) - Water: Outrigger canoe*, surfski*, expedition sea kayak, river canoe, rowing / coxswain, snorkeling*, SCUBA - Land: Hiking, trail running, acroyoga, barefoot running*, cycling (mountain, gravel*, bikepacking), rollerblading - Adventure racing: Single endurance event including trail running, paddling, biking, and navigating with map & compass / orienteering Whether you desire to explore land, water, mountains, or bike trails, I'm here to guide you. Your goals don't have to be epic—we can start small and local. Whatever adventure you seek, I'm excited to help! I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your adventure goals! In peace, Sarah :)
