I work with organizations and people committed to building cultures of healthy communication and creating teams or families with high trust. More about me... I raised four children and have been married for over 30 years. I founded​,​ grew​,​ and sold an accounting services company while also dedicating more than two decades to leadership roles in nonprofit organizations. Through these experiences​,​ I discovered that effective communication is the key to engagement​,​ collaboration​,​ and team success.
