I raised four children and have been married for over 30 years. I founded​,​ grew​,​ and sold an accounting services company while also dedicating more than two decades to leadership roles in nonprofit organizations. These life experiences taught me a powerful truth: effective communication is the foundation of engagement​,​ collaboration​,​ and team success. It is my joy to help others communicate in ways that build trust and connection—reducing the pain of disconnection​,​ one conversation at a time.
